About the position
As a production employee in Mauser’s flex pool, you will help finish plastic drums and containers used worldwide. No two days are the same since you work on different stations: you’ll work actively in shifts within an international production environment where safety and quality are top priorities.You will be scheduled based on availability and the weekly production plan, giving you maximum flexibility while benefiting from a stable employer and competitive pay.

- Removing leftover plastic from the drums
- Tighten lids and caps on plastic drums
- Close and finish plastic containers
- Perform quality checks on final products
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

Job Requirements
- Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Available for flexible shifts; the schedule for the upcoming week is shared every Thursday
- Able to travel independently to Mauser in Oosterhout
- Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B1 level)
