About the position
As an industrial blaster/painter, you’ll be an essential part of our conservation department, ensuring our metal products meet the highest standards of durability and quality. Your work directly contributes to the long-term success of our operations, as you prepare and protect materials that form the backbone of our industry. Working in a close-knit team of 20 professionals, you’ll thrive in an environment where precision, collaboration, and craftsmanship are celebrated.
What you’re going to do:- Prepare metal surfaces for treatment using grit-corundum blasting techniques.
- Operate the blasting line and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Apply schoopering techniques to protect materials against rust and prepare them for coating.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain our commitment to excellence.
- Collaborate with your team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards.

- Monthly salary between €3300 and €3600 gross, including shift allowance.
- A permanent contract for long-term stability.
- Full-time employment (40 hours per week).

Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Blaster to join our dynamic conservation team, contributing to high-quality metal preservation processes.
- Experience with metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting.
- Familiarity with schoopering process is a strong advantage.
- You have your own accommodation and live in the nearby area.
- Proficiency in Dutch or English is required.
- Experience operating overhead cranes is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
