About the position
As a machine operator at Scheuten Glas in the north of Venlo, you’ll manage diferent cutting-edge machinery to produce high-quality flatglass products. You’ll operate and adjust (CNC) machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in every production run. Monitoring quality standards and performing seamless operations.
Collaboration is at the heart of your role. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and tackling challenges together. With a structured 3-shift schedule, you’ll adapt to diverse tasks while honing your technical skills. This dynamic environment offers opportunities to grow and contribute to innovative projects in the glass industry.
Your worktimes:Nightshift 22.30 - 5.30 (on Sunday you start 21.30)
Late shift 14.00 - 22.30 ( on Friday you finish 23.00)
Early shift 5.30 -14.00.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Operator with technical expertise and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with machining/ manufacturing operations is a plus
- Willing to work in 3 - or (later maybe) a 2-shiftsystem
- Strong attention to quality and precision
- Effective communicator and team player
- MBO-level education in a technical field
