About the position
As a packaging operator at Perfetti Van Melle, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our famous Mentos candies reach customers worldwide in perfect condition. You’ll oversee the packaging process while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities:

- Monitor the packaging line and independently resolve minor malfunctions; for more complex issues, you’ll work together with the technical team;
- Collaborate closely with fellow operators to ensure an efficient production flow and provide support when needed;
- Ensure the continuous supply of materials to prevent production downtime;
- Perform quality checks, report deviations, and contribute ideas for improvement;
- Be part of a medium-sized team and help maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment;
- Availability to work in a 3-shift system;
- Willingness and ability to be trained as an all-round mechanical operator;
- Interest in the food industry, including relevant quality and safety standards.
