Your responsibilities will include:- Operating and adjusting various processing machines under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Ensuring the quality and precision of glass products through careful handling and monitoring.
- Collaborating with your team to meet production targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and adjustments on machines as needed.
- Following safety protocols and contributing to a clean and organized workplace.

- Starting salary of €3149 gross per month, including shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role of 38 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre.
- Quarterly bonus, up to €2500 gross annually.

Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented production worker who thrives in a dynamic 3-shift environment and is eager to contribute to our high-quality glass production process.
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work in 3 shifts.
- Physically capable of performing production tasks.
- Basic PC skills and ability to use production systems.
- Reasonable proficiency in Dutch, German, English, or Polish.
