About the position
As a 2 shift production employee at the pharmaceutical company Abbott in Breda, you will contribute to the careful packaging and labeling of medical nutritional products. You will work in a clean, organized production environment where accuracy, teamwork, and quality are essential.
After a short onboarding period and training, you will quickly become independent in your role. You will work in a large team (11–20 colleagues) and use computer systems for labeling and scanning tasks.

Responsibilities
- (Un)pack and repackage medical nutritional products according to set guidelines
- Check and separate defective and approved products
- Move and lift products up to 13 kg
- Use computer systems for labels and scanning
- Place products in designated locations for further processing
- Work according to safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Afternoon/Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage of €14.96
- 40% shift allowance for evening hours from 19:00
- 30 vacation days, 8.33% holiday allowance, and 8.33% year-end bonus
- Temporary contract with possible extension based on performance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

Job Requirements
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work in a 2 shift system
- Ability to travel independently to the Breda location
- Accurate and comfortable with repetitive work
- Good command of Dutch or English (minimum B2 level)
- Basic computer skills
