About the position
At IFF's Nourish division, you’ll help transform raw flavor ingredients into high-quality powdered products. As part of the production team, you’ll ensure every batch meets top standards for taste and consistency.
Your responsibilities include:

- Collecting and weighing raw materials based on recipes
- Adding ingredients to machines and monitoring the process
- Mixing raw materials into flavor blends
- Packaging finished products into bags (up to 23 kg)
- Preparing batches for shipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Gross hourly wage: €17.91 (excluding shift allowance)
- 20.5% shift bonus on all hours worked
- 13th month salary, 25 vacation days, and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km (from 10 km)

Job Requirements
- Available to work fulltime in a 3 shift system
- Proficient in Dutch or English language with a minimum of B1
- Experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Physically capable of lifting 23 kg bags
- A reliable, detail-oriented team player
- Comfortable working with strong scents daily
