About the position
As a production employee in the Shaver department, you’ll handle cheese blocks and prepare them for supermarket shelves. Your day involves lifting cheese blocks, operating a high-tech machine to shave off the crust, and moving products to the next station using an EPT. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace is also part of your routine.
You’ll work in a friendly, supportive team where precision and quality are key. Each shift brings variety, and you’ll receive guidance to master the tasks efficiently. With a structured work environment and hands-on support from Start People, you’ll quickly feel at home in this dynamic role.

- Hourly wage: €17.23, excluding shift allowances and bonuses.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- Full-time role: 40-42 hours per week in 3 shifts.
- Shift allowances: 30% for evenings, 40% for nights.
- Performance bonus: Earn up to €2.00 extra per hour.
- Growth opportunities, including EPT training and skill development.
- 8.33% holiday pay and travel allowance for your commute.

Job Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and physically fit team player ready to contribute to our production process at Uniekaas.
- Physically fit; able to lift up to 15 kg.
- Available to work in a 3-shift schedule.
- Own transport and accommodation are required.
- EPT experience or willingness to learn.
- VMBO education level in Production or equivalent experience.
