About the position
As a Production Operator, you ensure that the packaging lines run smoothly and safely. You prepare and configure production lines according to the production order, monitor the process, and independently resolve minor technical issues to prevent downtime. You make sure materials are replenished on time to keep the line running efficiently, perform routine quality inspections, and report any deviations. You also work closely with fellow operators and actively contribute ideas to improve the production process.

- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
What we offer
- Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,800, including 20% shift allowance, depending on experience
- 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km

Job Requirements
- Experience in production or as an operator (food industry or packaging is a plus)
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable with active, physical work
- Accurate working style with attention to quality and safety
- Available full-time for a 3-shift system

Perfetti Van Melle produces globally known candy brands such as Mentos. At the Breda location, production starts in the preparation department and continues at the packaging department. You will receive thorough onboarding and guidance from experienced colleagues. The location is easily accessible and close to the highway.
