About the position
Your responsibilities include:
- Printing shop floor documents
- Checking and maintaining WIP (Work in Progress) inventory
- Identifying and resolving material shortages
- Ordering materials from the external warehouse
- Communicating with customer service
- Assisting with administrative tasks and supply chain projects
- Supporting prioritization and planning within the team

✔ A part-time position (8–16 hours per week)
✔ Hourly wage of €17.64 + 5.12% ADV allowance → €18.54 per hour
✔ Travel allowance of €0.21 per km
✔ Pension accrual from your first working week
✔ 25 vacation days (full-time basis) + 8.33% holiday allowance
✔ Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday during office hours
✔ A long-term role in a leading international company
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Structured and accurate work style, able to multitask efficiently
- Customer-oriented mindset and a team player with international colleagues
- Experience in a similar administrative role within supply chain, production, or logistics is a plus
- Most importantly: you are eager to get started!
