About the position
As a production employee, you will contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for a leading agricultural company. Working in a modern production environment, you will ensure that quality, hygiene, and adherence to protocols are maintained. What You Will Do:
- Supplying raw materials to the mixers
- Monitoring sterilization and inoculation processes inside the cleanroom
- Operating and supervising packaging systems (bags of 2.5 kg)
- Monitoring and registration of production parameters to ensure quality
- Internal transport of the packages with a trolley
- Maintaining high hygiene standards through thorough cleaning of equipment and workspaces

- Starting salary will be € 3425 - € 3845 bruto per month based on 40 hours a week (this is including allowances).
- The possibility to grow to a senior position in the future and a higher salary up to close to € 4500 bruto per month (this is including allowances)
- Perspective of a permanent contract with long-term job security.
- 25 paid holidays and 8.33% holiday allowance annually.
- Travel allowance with a maximum of 50 kilometres (round trip).
Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented production worker that is looking for a permanent job:
- You have experience as an operator or production worker preferably in the food sector or a cleanroom environment.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and structured in your work approach.
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness.
- The job is in 2-shifts but flexibility to work occasionally in dayshift or in the future in3-shifts that would be a plus.
- You have your own accommodation and transport.
- Good command of the English language.
About the company
You will be part of the production deparmtent at a growing (and relatively new) production company in the area of Den Bosch / Tiel. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the production of sustainable raw materials for a leading agricultural world company. The work location is easily accessible from places such as Tiel, Den Bosch and Zaltbommel.
