About the position
As a production operator, you’ll play a vital role in the creation of sustainable raw materials for one of the world’s leading agricultural companies. You’ll be working in a clean and modern production setting, where maintaining hygiene, quality, and process consistency is key.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Supplying ingredients to industrial mixers
• Overseeing sterilization and inoculation procedures in the cleanroom
• Operating and monitoring automated packaging systems (2.5 kg bags)
• Recording production data to ensure quality control
• Transporting finished goods internally using a trolley
• Keeping your workspace and equipment spotless through daily cleaning routines This is a fulltime position in a 2-shift system, with a strong focus on hygiene and precision in a cleanroom.

• Potential to grow into a senior operator role with a salary of up to €4500 gross per month (including allowances)

• 25 paid vacation days per year and 8.33% holiday allowance
• Travel cost compensation up to 50 kilometers round trip

• Previous experience as a production worker or operator, ideally in the food industry or cleanroom setting
• Flexible, structured, and solution-oriented in your work approach
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system, with some flexibility for occasional day or future 3-shift work
• You have your own accommodation and means of transportation
• Good communication skills in English
• Previous experience as a production worker or operator, ideally in the food industry or cleanroom setting
• Flexible, structured, and solution-oriented in your work approach
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system, with some flexibility for occasional day or future 3-shift work
