Your daily tasks include:
- Performing machine maintenance and solving minor technical issues.
- Setting up and converting machines for various production runs.
- Checking product quality and packaging according to standards.
- Logging issues and suggesting improvements for better production efficiency.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and safe operations.
What we offer
What do we offer?
- Gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €4,000, including shift allowance.
- Temporary contract with a strong chance of permanent employment.
- Full-time job (40 hours per week) in 3-shift rotation.
- Travel allowance of €0.22 per km.
- Internal operator training provided – learn and grow on the job!
- Flexible pay schedule: choose between weekly or every 4 weeks.
Job Requirements
What we expect from you:
- You’re available full-time and willing to work in 3-shifts.
- Minimum MBO level 1 or 2 (or equivalent work/learning experience).
- Previous technical experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
- Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written).
- You have your own transportation and are willing to commute to Lelystad.
