About the position
What will you do as an Assembly Worker?As an Assembly Employee, you will work on one of several key production departments, assembling parts that form our high-quality industrial doors. No experience is required—just motivation and a hands-on attitude!

- Iso Department: You and your colleague will attach top and bottom strips to door panels.
- Alu Department: You will assemble aluminum panels and install windows into them.
- Rails Department: You will assemble rail systems for our doors.
- Shipping Department: You ensure that customer orders are complete, packed securely, and ready for delivery.
What we offer
What we offer you:
- €3,250 gross per month, including shift and ADV (reduction of working hours) allowance.
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer.
- Temporary contract with the opportunity for a permanent position.
- Flexible pay schedule: choose weekly or every four weeks.
- Full-time job (40 hours per week) in 2-shift work.

Job Requirements
What do you bring?
- A hands-on mindset and enjoy doing technical or assembly tasks.
- You are physically fit and don’t mind lifting.
- Own transportation to Didam.
- Basic Dutch or English language skills.
- You’re reliable, motivated, and eager to work.
- No prior experience or degree required—we will train you on the job!
- Morning shift: Monday to Friday, 05:00 AM – 1:45 PM.
- Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:45 PM – 11:10 PM, and Friday until 8:30 PM.
