About the position
As a MIG/MAG welder in our construction department, you contribute to the production of high-quality trailers used worldwide. With your welding expertise and ability to read technical drawings, you ensure that every part is manufactured accurately and according to specifications. You will work in an informal environment where teamwork, craftsmanship, and quality are key. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide input on improvements to the production process.
What you’ll be doing:- Welding: perform MIG/MAG welding on construction parts according to technical specifications
- Assembly: assemble parts into complete trailers
- Maintenance: keep your workspace and tools organized and in good condition
- Inspection: check welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Improvement: actively contribute ideas to optimize work methods and efficiency
What we offer

- Gross monthly salary between €3,150 and €3,400 (based on 40 hours)
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Full-time role, 40-hour workweek, day shift from 07:30 to 16:15
- 38 days off per year (25 vacation days + 13 additional leave days)
- Travel allowance of €0.23/km (>10 km)

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG/MAG welding and reading technical drawings
- Available for full-time day shifts from 07:30 to 16:15
- Good command of Dutch or English, written and spoken
- Collegial, eager to learn, and flexible in adopting new techniques
- MBO 4 level, preferably in production
