About the position
As a production operator in Venlo, you’ll be at the heart of transforming raw glass plates into premium products that meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and design. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge machinery and maintaining the quality that our customers trust. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic environment where teamwork, precision, and attention to detail are key to success.
Your responsibilities will include:- Preparing and handling glass plates for processing with care and precision.
- Operating and monitoring advanced machinery to shape and refine glass products.
- Adhering to safety protocols while working with glass and equipment.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve production targets in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
- Performing visual inspections to ensure product quality and addressing technical issues as needed.

- Hourly wage starting at €15.25, with shift allowances of 15% for 2-shift work and 23% for 3-shift work.
