Responsibilities:- Master the filling line operations, gaining hands-on experience with our products and machinery.
- Lead and inspire a team of 2-3 operators/production employees as a Line Manager.
- Ensure top-quality control and manage the administrative documentation of production data.
- Perform essential maintenance on machines and manage the changeover and cleaning processes.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot malfunctions, collaborating with the Technical Service when needed.

- MBO 2-3 working and thinking level
- Completed training as (food) operator preferred
- Management experience or ambition to develop this
- Command of Dutch and/or English language
- Proactive, results-oriented, and quality-conscious
- Ability to work full-time in a 3-shift schedule
