Your responsibilities:
- Creating and managing tickets in the system
- Monitoring orders affected by open tickets
- Following up and escalating urgent operational issues
- Analyzing ticket data and identifying trends
- Preparing reports for management
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
- Improving processes based on data analysis

- Salary between €3,034.77 and €3,840.02 gross per month, depending on experience
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km onwards

Functie-eisen
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- A minimum of a bachelor's level of thinking and working
- Around 1–3 years of experience in an analytical, data-driven role (internships included)
- Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Zendesk
- Strong skills in Excel and Power BI
- A structured and accurate working style
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
