As a logistics employee in the night shift at GLS, you contribute to a smooth and efficient logistics process. You ensure that parcels are processed correctly so that customers receive their shipments on time. You work in a dynamic environment where physical work, teamwork, and accuracy come together. Willingness to work in a cold environment and lifting parcels up to 23 kg are important aspects of this role.Your tasks:
- Unloading: removing parcels from trucks and sorting them by destination
- Loading: stacking and loading parcels into trucks for shipment
- Performing physical work: walking, standing, and lifting parcels (up to 30 kg)
- Supporting: cleaning and tidying tasks at the end of the shift
- Following safety rules: adhering to safety regulations and contributing to a safe working environment

- Salary of €14.99 per hour, excluding allowances
- Temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position
- Workweek of 24 to 40 hours, fixed shifts from 00:00 to 09:00
- Shift allowances: 11.25% (00:00–05:00), 8.75% (05:00–07:00)
- 50% extra allowance on Friday nights, 8% holiday pay
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

- Proficiency in the Dutch language
- Available Monday to Friday from 00:00 to 09:00
- Physically able to lift parcels up to 23 kg
- Willing to work in a cold environment
- Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required
