What You Will Do:
- Preparation: collecting raw materials and production supplies, taking over tasks from the previous shift, and participating in the daily morning briefing.
- Machine operation: setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers and packaging equipment in a cleanroom environment, where you'll wear a fully enclosed white cleanroom suit with a hairnet (no jewellery allowed).
- Monitoring: supervising key production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency, and making minor adjustments when necessary.
- Quality control: performing visual inspections, taking and submitting samples, and reporting deviations in a timely manner.
- Lifting and moving: placing filled bags onto trolleys and moving these trolleys between rooms.
- First-line maintenance: replacing small components using hand tools and resolving minor technical issues independently; larger malfunctions are reported to your supervisor.
- Cleaning: maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas according to hygiene and food safety standards, especially after each batch in the cleanroom.
- Administration: completing production documentation to ensure accurate and reliable process records.
Wat we je bieden
- A gross monthly salary between €4,125 and €4,375, including shift allowance and annual bonus, based on 40 hours per week.
- A permanent contract prospect in a full-time role.

- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for home-to-work travel, up to a maximum of 25 km one way per day worked.

Functie-eisen
You are available durninf the following workhours:
You'll work 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system:
- Early shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:30
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:30(2-shift schedules and day shifts also occur, depending on planning.)
- Affinity with or education in a technical field; experience in a food production or chemical environment is an advantage, but not required. We are happy to train motivated candidates.
- Good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both spoken and written. The working language on the floor is English (the daily morning briefing is also held in English) — you don't need to be fluent, but you do need to understand it well. You'll be working in an international team.
- Knowledge of protocols and hygienic standards; cleanroom experience is a plus. Strict cleanroom rules apply: hairnet mandatory, fully enclosed cleanroom suit, no jewellery.
- Technical skills to identify malfunctions and independently perform simple repairs.
- Willingness to do precise inspection and sorting work (e.g. removing rejected bags) — this is a structural part of the role.
- A forklift certificate is a plus, not a requirement for this role.
- You are physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve regularly lifting bags and moving trolleys, and standing and walking for extended periods.
- You are a team player who enjoys working closely with colleagues and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport are required, as the location is difficult to reach by public transport.
