You’ll start your workday in a calm and well-organized environment where teamwork is key. Together with your colleagues, you'll help keep the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work on a unique product and learn all aspects of the job step by step on the shop floor. Experienced team members will guide and support you, helping you develop your skills and become more independent in your role.Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing and supporting various production activities;
- Processing, inspecting, and handling products according to quality standards;
- Operating and setting up machinery;
- Working closely with colleagues to improve production processes;
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30. On Fridays, you finish at 14:30, giving you an early start to the weekend.

- Full-time position (38 hours per week) in a day shift schedule;
- Every Friday afternoon off from 14:30;
- Salary between €2,550 and €2,800 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week);

Functie-eisen
- You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality;
- You have a good command of Dutch and/or English to understand work and safety instructions;
- You have an interest in technology and enjoy learning new skills;
- You have proven experience operating machinery in a production environment;
- You enjoy working as part of a close and collaborative team.
