What you will be doing:⚙️ Machine changeovers – making sure the machines are set up and ready for the next production runs.
🧼 Performing maintenance – keeping the machines clean and fixing minor technical issues.
🔎 Quality checks – you immediately spot whether everything meets Intersnack’s standards.
📝 Recording & improving – documenting malfunctions and helping to optimize processes.
🤝 Teamwork – working closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly.
Wat we je bieden

This means that, in addition to your hourly wage, benefits such as vacation days, shift allowances, ADV compensation and other pay components are all aligned.
💰 Gross monthly salary up to €4,000, including a 19.5% shift allowance.
📄 Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
⏰ Full‑time (40 hours) per week in a 3‑shift system.
🚗 Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
💳 Choice between weekly or 4‑weekly payments.
🎓 Internal training opportunities to further develop your technical skills.
Functie-eisen
Are you a hands‑on person with technical insight and a sharp eye for quality? Then you’ll fit perfectly into our team!
🔄 Available full‑time for a 3‑shift schedule.
🎓 Minimum MBO level 1/2 work and thinking level.
🛠️ Technical work experience in a production environment.
🗣️ Good command of the Dutch language.
🚘 Own transportation to reach the location.
💪 Physically able to stand for extended periods.
