As a Fuel Supply Operator, you ensure that fuels and by-products are safely and efficiently loaded, unloaded, stored, and transported every day. You will work with fixed installations, clear procedures, and attractive shift allowances within a structured two-shift schedule.

- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting logistics installations for fuels and by-products
- Loading and unloading materials via trucks and vessels
- Performing first-line checks, visual inspections, and basic analyses
- Identifying and resolving disruptions within your work area
- Coordinating with fellow operators, team leaders, drivers, and captains
Wat we je bieden
We offer an excellent package of employment conditions:
- Salary between €3,200 and €4,200 gross per month, depending on experience, plus a 13.6% shift allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- One-year contract with the prospect of extension or a permanent position upon good performance
- Two-shift schedule with no night, weekend, or holiday work
- Working in a fixed team of five operators per shift
- Careful onboarding period and clear working agreements
- Workplace at the Maasvlakte with modern installations
Functie-eisen
We are looking for someone who meets at least the following criteria:
- Sufficient command of Dutch and/or English to work safely
- Completed VAPRO B qualification (or foreign equivalent)
- VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it through us
- Technical insight and interest in mechanical installations
- Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule

At this site, large volumes of fuels and by-products are processed and transported daily using modern installations, trucks, and vessels. The environment is industrial, professional, and highly organized, with clear processes and high safety standards.
Each shift team consists of five operators who work closely together. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and collaborative: colleagues support one another, communicate directly, and understand what is expected of them. New team members receive thorough onboarding and are given the opportunity to develop, regardless of their level of experience.
