As a production worker in the foundry, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality iron counterweights for international customers. From preparing molds to overseeing the casting and finishing processes, your role is hands-on and essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. You’ll work in a small, dedicated team where precision, safety, and collaboration are key. With your technical background and proactive attitude, you’ll play an integral part in delivering products that meet our exacting standards.

- Production: prepare molds for the foundry department, ensuring accuracy and readiness for the casting process.
- Foundry operations: handle liquid iron with care, pouring it into molds and monitoring the cooling process for optimal results.
- Finishing: remove castings from molds, prepare them for the blast cabinet, and carry out final preparations using tools.
- Quality control: perform thorough checks to ensure all products meet our quality standards before they are dispatched to customers.
- Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a positive and efficient workplace environment.

- Work 40 hours per week with fixed daytime hours.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled production worker with a technical mindset to join our foundry team.
- Full-time availability and commitment to long-term employment.
- Experience with tools; metal industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating overhead cranes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Own accommodation and reliable transport are required.
- Flexible and proactive attitude towards work.
