- Setting up, monitoring, and adjusting machines
- Preparing, converting, starting up, and fine-tuning production lines
- Solving minor malfunctions and reporting larger technical issues
- Supplying materials to keep production running smoothly
- Recording used products and raw materials
- Measuring, weighing, adjusting, and documenting data according to instructions
- 06:00 – 14:00
- 14:00 – 22:00
- 22:00 – 06:00

Wat we je bieden
As an Operator Confectionery Production, you will receive:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,728 and €3,000, excluding shift allowance
- A 34% shift allowance between 18:00 and 06:00
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Work in a 3-shift schedule with allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Pension plan starting from your first working day
- 25 vacation days plus holiday pay accrual

Functie-eisen
We are looking for a driven operator from the food industry who meets the following criteria:
- Experience in the food sector or a similar position within an industrial bakery
- Proficiency in Dutch or English
- Motivated, eager to learn, hands-on, and proactive
- Strong team player with good communication skills
