What will you do:
- Repair returned and rejected guitars to make them ready for resale.
- Carry out quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products.
- Analyze product issues and determine appropriate actions according to guidelines.
- Assess whether an instrument can still be repaired or not.
- Record actions and update logs and status overviews.
- Manage inventory and order replacement and service parts.
- Support other departments with technical knowledge and product insights when needed.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,650 and €2,750.
- Temporary 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- Full-time employment of 40 hours per week, spread over 2 shifts (starting at 08:00 or 09:00 AM).

Functie-eisen
What you bring:
- A MBO level 4 diploma in a technical field or similar.
- Experience with quality inspections and guitar repairs.
- Your musical ear and eye for detail are unmatched: you immediately hear when something is off.
- You don’t think in problems, but in solutions. Within your workshop’s capabilities, you always find a way.
- Good command of the English language.

You’ll be part of an international team of six colleagues, with a mix of backgrounds: Indonesia, Argentina, Italy, and the Netherlands. The atmosphere is informal and collaborative - everyone rolls up their sleeves. You will work on the warehouse floor, where physical tasks like lifting guitar boxes and inspecting guitars are part of your daily routine.
The location is easily accessible by both car and public transport. There is ample parking, and the train station is within biking distance. The workplace is conveniently located near cities such as ’s-Hertogenbosch, Tiel, Geldermalsen, Oss, Culemborg, and Nieuwegein.
