As an order picker in the healthcare department, you play a vital role in ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly in a temperature-controlled environment. You’ll be handling products such as medications, which must be stored in cool conditions to maintain their quality.
With your logistics experience, you make sure goods are processed and shipped on time and in perfect condition. You’ll work in a dynamic environment in a two-shift system, alternating weekly between early and late shifts.
It's important to know that you'll be working in a refrigerated area where the temperature ranges between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius. It’s essential that you’re comfortable with this and that working in a cold environment is not a problem for you. Of course, you can dress accordingly to stay warm.

What you’ll be doing:
- Picking orders: Accurately and in line with set guidelines.
- Stock control: Replenishing and managing warehouse inventory.
- Preparing goods: Including quality checks and getting shipments ready.
- Loading and unloading: Efficiently handling incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Working in a cooled environment: Following safety regulations and maintaining a safe workplace.

- €15.00 per hour + a monthly allowance for working in a cooled environment
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Two-shift schedule, with a 25% shift allowance after 7:00 PM
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km one-way (up to 60 km per day)
- Internal training and development opportunities
- Work in an informal and supportive team

- You have experience in logistics.
- You are available full-time from Monday to Friday.
- You are comfortable working in a two-shift schedule.

- You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- You have your own transportation to reach our location in Roermond.
