As a packaging operator, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging process within our production department in Breda. You work with both automatic and manual packaging machines and ensure that all packaging meets the required quality standards.
Working in a three-shift system, you collaborate with an informal and close-knit team, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out minor maintenance tasks. This role requires technical skills, accuracy, and a proactive work attitude.

What you will be doing:
- Operate and set up: automatic and manual packaging machines to ensure an efficient process.
- Perform: quality checks and document any deviations according to established standards.
- Resolve: technical malfunctions and perform minor maintenance in collaboration with the technical department.
- Monitor: the packaging process and ensure efficient and safe working methods.
- Collaborate: with colleagues and other departments to guarantee a smooth production flow.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €3,800.
- A temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
- A workweek of 32 to 40 hours in a three-shift system.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
