In your role as a logistics employee, you will work in a 3-shift system. The goal of your position is to ensure the smooth handling of all warehouse tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or reach truck
- Following customer palletization requirements and properly disposing of pallet waste
- Preparing trailer lists
- Keeping the warehouse tidy and well-organized
- Reporting issues to the shift supervisor and working closely with your team
- Morning: 06:00 – 14:30
- Afternoon: 14:00 – 22:30
- Night: 22:00 – 06:30
Wat we je bieden
As a logistics employee, you will receive:
- A salary between €2,613 and €3,179 per month, excluding shift allowance
- Shift allowance for working in 3 shifts
- A temporary contract with Start People with the prospect of a permanent position with the company
- Full-time employment of 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system
- 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday pay accrual
- Pension accrual through Stipp from your first working day

Functie-eisen
We’re looking for a true go-getter who keeps their cool even during busy periods. You also have:
- A valid forklift and reach truck certificate and relevant experience
- Good command of Dutch or English
- The ability to handle physically demanding work and operate double forks
- Experience with a terminal tractor is a plus
- Flexibility, respect, motivation, and stress resistance
Over het bedrijf
The company you will be working for is located in Weert. They specialize in finding logistics solutions for their clients, focusing on bulk transport, customized solutions, and transportation services. Their clients include big names like Coca-Cola and Spa.
You’ll join a dynamic and informal team where communication is direct and straightforward. It’s important that you are confident and comfortable in an informal atmosphere. Your team consists of 15 colleagues spread over the shifts, so you’ll work with about 3 to 5 people per shift.
