As a Production Operator, you’ll support a specialized metal analysis process that demands accuracy, safety, and teamwork. You’ll be trained on every step of the fire assay method and quickly take ownership of daily tasks. Communication on the shop floor is in English, so you’ll gain fluency as you work. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a structured two-shift system. Over time, you’ll develop the skills needed to advance toward a chemical analyst role.

💰 Hourly wage of € 15,90 gross (€ 2.765 per month including 13% shift allowance)
🕑 Fixed 2-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 & 14:30–23:00) without night shifts
🚗 Travel allowance of € 0,21 per kilometer for commuting
📄 Temporary contract via our agency, with a permanent position directly at the company after 6 months, subject to performance

🗣️ You speak fluent English; basic Dutch is an advantage for future advancement
💪 You are physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on, technical production setting
🧤 You can use personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, goggles) correctly
📑 You can provide a VOG if required
