In this role, you will be responsible for preparing raw materials based on specific recipes. Working with a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and a precision scale, you will process orders that can involve anywhere from ten to thirty different ingredients. Accuracy, efficiency, and safety are key to success in this position.

- Precisely weighing and processing materials to match order requirements;
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace during preparation and processing;
- Following procedures and quality standards to ensure smooth, safe production;
- Collaborating with colleagues to keep operations on track and on schedule.
- Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
Wat we je bieden
- Gross hourly wage: €17.91 excluding shift allowance;
- 20.5% shift allowance on all worked hours in the 3 shift system;
- 25 vacation days + 8.33% holiday pay and a 13th month;
- Opportunity for a direct contract with IFF upon good performance;
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
Functie-eisen
- Proficient in Dutch and/or English (minimum B1 level);
- Willingness to work in a 3 shift system;
- 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator;
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious;
- Comfortable working with scented substances;
- Physically fit, able to work independently and as part of a team.
