Your main tasks will be:- Operation: operate different machines and ensure high quality finished product.
- Adjusting: convert various machines
- Quality control: perform inspections and respond to deviations to maintain standards.
- Maintenance: resolve first-line malfunctions and perform maintenance work in cooperation with the technical department.
- Innovation: actively participate in developing and testing new products and processes.velopment and testing of new products and processes.
- Salary from €2,450 to €2,985 gross per month, plus 20% three-shift bonus,
- Stable full-time position with a temporary contract leading to permanent employment.
