At the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst (IND) in Utrecht, your work as a medewerker ondersteuning biometrie directly impacts the lives of Ukrainian customers seeking a new start in the Netherlands. You’ll be part of a dedicated team ensuring the smooth collection and processing of biometric data, contributing to a seamless experience for every customer. This role combines precision, customer interaction, and administrative expertise, making it ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful, detail-oriented work.Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers at the reception and verifying their scheduled appointments.
- Collecting biometric data from Ukrainian customers in line with established procedures.
- Accurately processing and maintaining customer data in internal systems.
- Providing guidance and support to customers during their visit, acting as their main point of contact.
- Occasionally working evenings or Saturdays to accommodate customer needs.September 1st or October 1st, 2025Please note that hybrid working is not possible in this role. You are expected to work on-site in Utrecht every day. Occasionally, you may be required to work an evening or a Saturday.
