As an operator, you will contribute to the heart of Codi Group's production process, playing a key role in manufacturing top-tier wet wipes. Responsibilities:
- Machine management: operate and adjust production equipment independently, guaranteeing the highest quality of output.
- Quality control: meticulously monitor products and processes to meet strict safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: swiftly identify and resolve first-line technical issues to maintain continuous production flow.
- Collaboration: work closely with the maintenance team to contribute to machine upkeep and process improvements.
- Learning: actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
