Your main tasks will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Following up on complaints and thinking along with solutions
- Accurately registering conversations and actions in the system
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively

Functie-eisen
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English (French is a plus!)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably through multiple channels and in a high-volume environment
- MBO-level education or higher, and strong computer skills
- Solid planning and multitasking abilities
- Availability to work on-site in the city center of Rotterdam
